As a Licensed Social Worker, Amanda is dedicated to creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space for individuals navigating life’s challenges. Amanda specializes in working with adults, families, and adolescents facing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.


Amanda's approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. These modalities are utilized to provide clients with the space for self expression, while enabling the process of self-exploration in efforts to develop improved functioning, stronger boundaries, and increase the capacity for one's self-care. Amanda strives for client empowerment by assisting in the development of  strategies to foster resilience and achieve personal goals. Amanda provides family counseling by cohesively examining its dynamic through the lens of each individual member to develop healthy boundaries and formulate a new dynamic within the family unit. Amanda has provided services in multiple settings to include in-home, in-office, and virtual sessions among sitting in various mental health and counseling positions.


With a compassionate and collaborative style, Amanda aims to meet clients where they are comfortable while tailoring interventions to their unique needs. She will work with you to establish attainable goals, identify healthy coping mechanisms, and gain a better understanding of yourself. Amanda holds a Master of Social Work degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey, is a part of the National Association of Social Workers, and is committed to ongoing
training to stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices.
