Kelly believes that every person has a value and story which should be seen and heard. However, some may be hindered by influential experiences, obstructing one’s ability to flourish. Using a holistic perspective and embodying spiritual, mental, emotional and physical forms of well-being, Kelly integrates internal and external healing throughout her therapeutic process.
Utilizing forms of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Practices, Kelly assists in tailoring a personalized treatment plan that uncovers a client's best version of themselves. Through the use of these approaches, clients will undergo a transformation to establish internal strength, resilience, improved thought patterns, effective coping strategies, and stress management. Clients have expressed that they feel at ease and accepted in sessions, as Kelly’s approach is not only collaborative but focused to empower clients in their personal growth journey.
Kelly is highly qualified in working with individuals interested in managing their experiences around aging, grief & loss, caregiver burnout, divorce, depression & anxiety, health & fitness, chronic medical ailments and is also an LGBTQA+ ally.
