Dr. Stephanie Zeman, M.Ed., LCSW, LCADC, CST

Owner/Founder

Stephanie assists with sexuality and relationship struggles by developing internal motivation to identify strengths for overcoming individual or partner barriers through a holistic approach. As a system’s therapist, Stephanie believes that it is integral to identify both internal and external systems when working with each client or couple. Her aspiration is to provide a non-judgmental environment for individuals, couples, and families for processing concerns through the use of an integrative approach. This approach allows individuals and couples to openly discuss concerns with their sexual functioning, expression, and trauma.

She is highly qualified and holds experience working with families, young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, infidelity, infertility, relationship issues, sexual abuse, substance dependence, developmentally disabled adults, LGBTQ, and betrayal. She works with a spectrum of concerns ranging from Sex Therapy to personal empowerment and self-advocacy.

Stephanie views trauma as an unplanned, alteration in a prospective life journey that may hinder the sense of safety, self-worth, identity, or engagement in relationships. She helps to develop and strengthen coping mechanisms through psychotherapy utilizing inner-child exploration coupled with experiential sessions to process through distressing situations.

Christine Brundage

Licensed Massage Therapist

Christine became a massage therapist because she wanted to assist people in their own healing journey. After seeing the vast improvements her son received with cranial and fascial work, her curiosity was piqued and she was excited to begin learning. After earning her license for massage therapy in 2019 at Therapeutic Massage & Training Center in Westfield, NJ, she went on to enhance her studies with several myofascial release courses, cranial sacral and abdominal massage seminars.

Her goals for a therapeutic session are listening to the needs of the client and allowing the body to move more freely, thus facilitating the body’s own wisdom. By creating a safe space, one can induce parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system response, and the body is encouraged back into a state of wellbeing.

In her free time, Christine loves hiking, picnics, practicing yoga, road trips and spending time with family and friends. Currently her hobbies include cooking new recipes, fixing an old sewing machine and taking dance lessons.

Christine specializes in the below techniques:

·      Abdominal Massage

·      Clinical Stretching

·      Craniosacral Therapy

·      Myofascial Release

·      Relaxation Services
